Hill Country Pickers - Come to Poodie's :: Open Mike Wednesday Nights

Howdy Y'all,

Just wanted to drop a reminder to all those pickers and grinners out there who enjoy the open mic format that tonight is No Bad Wednesdays at the iconic Poodie's Hilltop Roadhouse, just west of So. Austin on Hwy 71 in Spicewood.

I've been hosting the Wed. night open mic there for a few months now and I'm happy to say that one of the longest running open mics in Texas has built back up to nearly what it was back in the day when Jimmy Lee Jones hosted it. We're having a great time, getting some great talent and getting good crowds.

If it's been a while since you've come to jam or visit at Poodie's, it's time you came back. If you haven't ever been well dammit, git yer butts out there.

We kick off at 8:30 and go to about 1:30. Come say hi and drink a few coldys with me and play us some tunes.
